چکیده

Rhizobium is a bacterial culture that enhances the speed of biological nitrogen fixation in association with root nodules pulse crops while boron act as catalyst for cell division hence size and sugar translocation plant. An experiment was conducted by considering rhizobium seed inoculant soil applicant two peas (Pisum sativum L.) varieties Arkel Azad Pea-3 to know morphological alterations plant height (cm), fresh dry weight g plant-1), number leaves (plant-1), days required first flowering picking. However, biochemical triggers were also observed analysis development reading (SPAD), total chlorophyll (mg g-1) derivative (chlorophyll b), protein g-1), proline content (µg both pea (Arkel Pea-3). The performance V2 superior V1 most parameters. combination + 2.0 kg ha-1 (T5) best treatment compared rest treatments V1, 1.5 (T4) V2. Among combinations, T5 T4 recorded minimum (39.3 43.0), maximum picking (75 84) highest SPAD reading, chlorophyll, noticed T4, at value varieties. b T3 50 DAS, 75 DAS. A trigger control set. positive alteration morphology changes plants due application interlink well betterment yield via increasing rate photosynthesis.

Role of nitrogen content of pea (Pisum sativum L.) on pea aphid (Acyrthosiphon pisum Harris) establishment

The leaf nitrogen content is generally accepted as an indicator of food quality and as a factor affecting host selection by phytophagous insects. The alate pea aphids (Acyrthosiphon pisum Harris, Aphididae) were given a choice among non-nodulated pea plants (Pisum sativum L.) supplied with one of four nitrate-N levels (0, 3, 15 and 30 mM). When whole plants were exposed to aphids for 7 days, th...

Pea (Pisum sativum L.) Growth Mutants

This review is devoted to the Pisum sativum L. growth mutants. These mutants are presented by several groups of plants. The first group is characterized by short internodes (dwarf mutants le, na, lk, la, lh, ls) or by elongated internodes (slender mutant sln). The stem growth of mutants of both types (dwarf and slender) is controlled by hormones (GA and IAA) in the stem or in seeds. Mutants cha...

Efficient intergeneric fusion of pea (Pisum sativum L.) and grass pea (Lathyrus sativus L.) protoplasts.

Large numbers of viable protoplasts of pea (Pisum sativum) and grass pea (Lathyrus sativus) were efficiently and reproducibly obtained and, for the first time, fused. Different procedures for fusion were compared, based either on electrofusion (750, 1000, 1250 or 1500 V cm(-1)), or on the use of macro or micromethods with a polyethylene glycol (PEG 6000 or PEG 1540), or a glycine/high pH soluti...

Genetic control of floral zygomorphy in pea (Pisum sativum L.).

Floral zygomorphy (flowers with bilateral symmetry) has multiple origins and typically manifests two kinds of asymmetries, dorsoventral (DV) and organ internal (IN) asymmetries in floral and organ planes, respectively, revealing the underlying key regulators in plant genomes that generate and superimpose various mechanisms to build up complexity and different floral forms during plant developme...
